Package 1– New Work Permit – 15,000RMB
This package includes the following services:
- Collection, review and translation of all required documents.
- Registration with company account.
- Submission of application materials and application for “Notice on Work Permit for Aliens”.
- Submission of all original documents.
- Application for work permit.
- Application for residence visa (for the foreign employee as well as his/her family members).
Package 2 – Work Permit Transfer / Work Permit Renewal– 10,000RMB
This package includes the following services:
- Collection, review and translation of all required documents.
- Registration with company account.
- Submission of application materials and applying for work permit.
- Submission of all original documents.
- Application for residence visa (for the foreigner employee as well as his/her family members).
Package 3 – WFOE Setup – 50,000RMB for setup in Shanghai and not requiring special licenses
This service package includes the following services:
- Reviewing and analyzing the intended investment structure, including the international financial and commercial flows.
- Consultation on the main features of the WFOE to be established (investors, capitalization, business scope, special licensing, legal representatives, board members, etc.)
- Assistance with choosing a registered address, including arranging appointments in different development zones to compare varying investment and tax conditions.
- Drafting all incorporation documentation, including articles of association (AOA), application forms, appointment letters, etc.
- Assistance with the collection of all the required documents overseas for the shareholder(s).
- Representing investors before all administrative bodies involved.
- Facilitating completion of formalities according to local requirements.
- Close monitoring of incorporation procedures, as well as coordination with local agents throughout the entire process, until licenses are issued.
- Obtaining the Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and Business License from Administration for Industry and Commerce (AIC).
- Engraving and registration of company chops, including the official chop, financial chop and legal representative chop.
Package 4 –WFOE Setup PLUS – 50,000RMB + case by case adjustments
Under certain circumstances, setting up a WFOE might require special considerations, such as “negative list” implications, special licensing, etc. Our WFOE Setup PLUS package includes everything in the Basic Setup package, and adds additional services as follows on an as-needed basis.
- If you need us to acquire special licenses for your business, such as an import-export license, food distribution license or wine distribution license, there is an additional fee of 5,000RMB per license.
- If the company or manufacturing location will be located outside Shanghai, additional work will be charged at an hourly rate, depending on the business scope and registered address.
