Package 1 –Debt Recovery – 5,000RMB + 5% of amount recovered
This package includes the following services:
- Lawyer’s letter
- Reviewing and analyzing all the contracts, email exchanges or any other relevant documents between Creditor and Debtor;
- Communicating with Debtor;
- Drafting and sending a formal lawyer’s letter to Debtor.
Package 2 – Individual Income Tax (IIT) Declaration – 10,000RMB
This package includes the following services:
- Thorough assessment of your unique tax situation.
- Consultation regarding how China’s IIT laws, rules and regulations apply to you.
- Assistance with completing your IIT declaration form.
- Assistance with filing your IIT declaration form with the tax bureau in Shanghai. For other cities, travel time is charged at 1,000RMB/hour.
