DaWo Law Firm is pleased to announce that Carmen Bakas has joined the firm as Counsel. Carmen is an international corporate lawyer with over 25 years of legal practice in Amsterdam, London, Singapore, Mumbai and Houston.
Before relocating to China and joining DaWo Law Firm, Carmen worked at several firms in Houston, Texas, USA She also served as an associate professor of International Contracting at the University of Houston Law Center, and continues that aspect of her practice as an associate professor at the law faculty of Fudan University in Shanghai.
Carmen’s broad international experience and academic background are welcome additions to DaWo, and will further enhance the firm’s position as a gateway between Europe and Asia.
