For a reasonable annual service fee agreed together, we offer one year legal assistance with the services we will provide to you, such as:
- Preparation or review legal documents
- Assistance in the annual meetings with Board members or external bodies
- “Legal hotline” in the form of short answers by telephone or by a quick e-mail.
We determine together which legal risks your company’s operations are most likely to face and which legal matters will be concerned in our annual service assistance: Corporate, Tax, Employment, Contractual and distribution, IP and Technology or others legal issues.
The annual service fee is based on an estimate of time required for provision of the services included in the assistance defined together. Throughout the year, we will provide monthly overviews of working hours and services rendered, for your review.
